Refund Policy
This policy describes when refunds are available for AskAnyDocs paid plans.
1. Trial period
If a free trial is offered, you can cancel anytime during the trial and no subscription fee will be charged.
2. Monthly subscriptions
For monthly plans, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days after the first successful charge. Refunds are not provided for renewals beyond that period, partial months, or unused usage quotas.
3. Annual subscriptions
For annual plans, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days from initial payment if your account usage remains within reasonable onboarding limits.
4. Non-refundable items
- Overage charges and add-on purchases already consumed.
- Banking, currency conversion, and third-party transaction fees.
- Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations.
5. How to request a refund
Send your request to billing@askanydocs.com with your account email and payment receipt. We review requests within 5 business days.
